Kids showed up to make their own Rad Bag Hats, handmade from paper grocery bags and recycled materials. Each kid got to choose a hat and decorate it using ribbon, glitter, feathers, beads, recycled items, and so much more. Kids also got to take home a book of their choice, supplied by San Diego County.
