The Vista Library frequently hosts a kids’ crafts hour where supplies funded by both SD County Library and The Friends of the Vista Library are provided free of charge to residents. This event is generally held in the community room and attracts an average of 100 participants. Teen service learners along with librarians are there to pass out supplies and help. It’s a fun and educational event, and you never know what the kids will make from the art supplies. Check the SDCL calendar for future dates!
