Vista City Councilmember Dan O’Donnell recognized our group for National Friends of the Library Week, October 19-25, 2025. The Friends was honored to be recognized with a letter from the City of Vista. Board members, volunteers, and library staff joined us for the celebration. Nanci O. received the letter on behalf of the FOVL Board.
