Two Ways to Sign Up for the Wall Tree

Offline, via Paper and Mail

Please visit the ENCORE Bookstore to receive a Wall Tree envelope. Envelopes are also conveniently available in the plastic holder just outside the bookstore door to the right of the Tree. Complete the form, enclose your check made payable to The Friends of the Vista Library, Inc., and hand it to a bookstore volunteer or library staff member or mail it to P.O. Box 2855, Vista, CA 92085.  Thank you; we are grateful!
